Recharge Global

A space for your body, mind & energy

More than twenty years of teaching, gathered into one calm place. Movement, stillness, breathing and energy work — for whatever you need today.

Hi, I’m Simona

I have spent my working life learning how bodies hold tension and how they let it go. That search took me from Russia, where I trained in osteopathy, to Thailand and Japan, where I studied traditional medicine, Buddhism and the internal arts.

What I teach here is what survived all of it: a small number of practices that work, explained slowly, with nothing you need to prove.

About Simona

What is Recharge Global?

It is not a course you have to finish. It is a library you return to.

Recharge Global supports an ongoing personal practice through movement, stillness, breathing and energy work — wherever you happen to be. You choose what you need today, you practise, and you close the app. Nothing is waiting to be completed.

Four families of practice

Everything in the library belongs to one of these. Within each, the order is chosen by hand — it matters most in Tai Chi, where one sequence prepares the next.

Tai Chi & Qigong

Slow, continuous movement that settles the body and steadies the breath.

3 practices

Breathing & Meditation

Short practices for a calm mind, at home or while travelling.

2 practices

Energy & Healing Practices

Working with your own energy to restore warmth, clarity and rest.

What do you need today?

Some days you want to move. Some days you want to stop. Start from the need, not from the schedule.

  • Relax
  • More energy
  • Move your body
  • Sleep better
  • Reduce stress
  • Reconnect
  • Improve mobility

Practise anywhere

The library works the same on a phone in a hotel room, on a tablet propped against the sofa, or on a laptop in the corner of a living room. Sound, subtitles and large controls, everywhere.

Short and longer sessions

From eight minutes to half an hour, depending on the day you are having.

At home or travelling

Nothing needs equipment. A chair is the most you will ever be asked for.

Adaptable to you

Seated variations, shorter ranges, and clear notes on when to stop.

Where it started

I trained first as an osteopath in Russia, in a school that taught you to listen with your hands before you were allowed to move anything. That training still decides how I teach: slowly, and from what is actually there rather than what should be.

Later I spent years in Thailand and Japan. I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, sat with Buddhist teachers, and learned the internal arts from people who had practised them for forty years and still called themselves students. Some of what I found there did not translate. Most of it did.

I teach on the Costa del Sol and, through this library, anywhere else. My clients are rarely athletes. They are people in their fifties, sixties and seventies who want to keep moving, sleep properly, and stop carrying their shoulders around their ears.

That is who this library is built for. If you have never done anything like this, you are exactly who I had in mind.

In their own words

Reviews left by clients on Google, reproduced here with their names as they signed them.

I started with the breathing practice after a difficult year. Six months later I practise most mornings. Simona explains things without ever making you feel behind.

Las clases de Simona me devolvieron la movilidad en el hombro después de meses de dolor. Y lo hizo con una calma que se contagia.

I travel constantly for work. Being able to open the library in a hotel room and do fifteen minutes of Qigong has changed how I arrive at meetings.
