The method

Four threads, practised together over time. None of them is a workout, and none of them asks you to perform.

Movement

Tai Chi and Qigong teach the body to move as one piece instead of many arguing parts. The movements are slow because slowness is where the correction happens.

Stillness

Meditation here is not emptying the mind. It is staying long enough for the body to catch up with the day it has just had.

Breathing

The fastest lever you have. A longer exhale changes your heart rate within a minute — which is why the free practice starts there.

Energy work

Attention placed deliberately in the body, following principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Practical, not mystical: you will be asked to notice temperature, weight and breath, nothing more.

What this is not

Recharge Global offers wellbeing and educational content. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care, and it is not for emergencies. Every practice carries its own note on who it suits and when to stop. If something hurts, stop — that instruction outranks anything I say in a video.
